核苷类药物治疗乙型肝炎停药后复发与血清HBV-DNA水平的相关性分析

摘要

Objective To research the relativity analysis between recurrence after antiviral treatment of hepatitis B (HB) stopped and serum HBV-DNA level.Methods 180 HB outpatients treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil were selected from May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital.The serum HBV DNA levels of the patients were detected before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results As HBeAg (+),patients' relapse after drug withdrawal was closely related to serum HBV-DNA level.As HBeAg (-),patients' relapse after drug withdrawal was also closely related to serum HBV-DNA level.Conclusion HB recurrence after discontinuation of antiviral therapy in patients was correlated with the serum HBV-DNA levels before treatment,early HBV-DNA level after treatment and decreasing amplitude of the serum HBV-DNA levels after treatment.%目的 探讨乙型肝炎(HB)核苷类药物治疗停药后复发与血清HBV-DNA水平的相关性.方法 选取180例2010年5月至2012年5月在我院门诊接受核苷类药物阿德福韦酯治疗的HB患者.检测患者治疗前及治疗4w后血清HBV-DNA水平.结果 HBeAg(+)时,患者停药后复发与血清HBV-DNA水平密切相关.HBeAg(-)时,患者停药后复发和血清HBV-DNA水平同样密切相关.结论 HB患者抗病毒治疗停药后复发和患者治疗前的血清HBV-DNA水平、治疗早期HBV-DNA水平及血清HBV-DNA水平降幅存在相关性.
