EGFR、CK5/6在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床病理意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of EGFR and CK5/6 in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and the clinical pathological characteristics of patients with TNBC.Methods 135 cases of TNBC were retrospectively analyzed and the expressions of EGFR and CK5/6 were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expressions of EGFR and CK5/6 and the clinical pathological data were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 135 cases of TNBC,106 cases (78.5％) got EGFR and/or CK5/6 expressions;the expression rate of EGFR was 68.9％ and that of CK5/6 53.3％.The expressions of EGFR and CK5/6 didn't correlated with the patients' age,tumor size,and lymph node metastasis,but with the expression of Ki67.Conclusions The expressions of EGFR and CK5/6 in TNBC are high,correlates with the expression of Ki67,and indicates that the patients with TNBC have poor prognosis.%目的 探讨三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中EGFR、CK5/6的表达与TNBC患者临床病理特征之间的关系.方法 回顾性分析135例TNBC的临床病理资料,用免疫组织化学法检测EGFR、CK5/6的表达情况,并统计二者与患者临床病理资料间的关系.结果 135例TNBC中,106例(78.5％)表达EGFR和/或CK5/6,二者的单独表达率分别为68.9％、53.3％.二者的表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况差异均无统计学意义,而与Ki67有统计学意义.结论 TNBC中EGFR、CK5/6的表达率较高,EGFR、CK5/6的表达与Ki67表达有关,二者可能与TNBC患者的预后不良有关.
