透明质酸酶对慢性盆腔炎抗菌治疗疗效的影响

摘要

目的 研究透明质酸酶对慢性盆腔炎抗菌治疗疗效的影响.方法 选取本院慢性盆腔炎患者122例,抽签随机分为观察组与对照组两组,每组61例;观察组给予透明质酸酶联合抗妇炎胶囊治疗,对照组给予抗妇炎胶囊治疗;比较两组治疗总有效率和治疗前后临床症状积分变化,比较两组治疗前后白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化情况,比较两组随访半年的复发情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效为90.16％,较对照组(72.13％)高(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后临床症状积分为(5.38±1.94)分,较对照组[(9.51±2.16)分]低(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后WBC(7.04±3.94)×109/L、ESR(15.94±5.41) mm/h和CRP(8.24±4.94)mg/h,较对照组[分别为(9.97±4.17)×109/L、(19.89±5.87) mm/h、(12.96±5.04)mg/h]低(P＜0.05);随访半年期间观察组复发率为6.56％,较对照组(18.03％)低(P＜0.05).结论 联合透明质酸酶治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,消炎抗菌效果更显著,复发率低,有临床应用推广价值.%Objective To study the effect of hyaluronidase on the curative effect of antibiotic therapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 122 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,61 cases for each group.The observation group were treated with hyaluronidase and Kangfuyan capsule while the control group with Kangfuyan capsule.The total effective rate and the changes of clinical symptom scores before and after the treatment were compared between these groups.The changes of white blood cell count (WBC),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),and C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after the treatment and the recurrence rate in half-year follow-up were also compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (90.16％ vs.72.13％,P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the clinical symptom score was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group [(5.38±1.94) vs.(9.51±2.16),P ＜ 0.05].After the treatment,the WBC,ESR and CRP were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group [(7.04±3.94)× 109/L vs.(9.97±4.17)× 109/L,(15.94±5.41)mm/h vs.(19.89±5.87) mm/h,and (8.24±4.94) mg/h vs.(12.96±5.04) mg/h,P ＜ 0.05)].During the half year follow-up,the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (6.56％ vs.18.03％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Kangfuyan capsule combined with hyaluronidase for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is effective,can effectively alleviate the patients' clinical symptoms,and has significant anti-inflammatory and antibiotic effects and low recurrence rate,so it has clinical application value.
