Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients undertaking dental restoration.Methods 82 elderly patients with oral diseases treated at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 82 patients,51 undertook removable denture restoration and 31 fixed denture restoration.Among the 51 undertaking removable denture restoration,23 were complete denture,1 0 upper denture,11 lower denture,and 7 prostheses;the treatment qualified rate was 96.08％.All the patients were followed up half year after the treatment;all the patients can maintained the dentures well;no case recurred;the qualified rate was 100.00％.Conclusions In general,the repair and treatment of elderly patients with oral diseases relate to aesthetics,treatment and functional rehabilitation,maintenance,and prevention.From the specific point of view,according to the patients' bodies and the oral part of the situation,the development and implementation of the elderly in accordance with the characteristics of the age and the specific characteristics of the rehabilitation program.%目的 分析老年患者口腔修复的临床特点.方法 回顾性分析82例在本院接受治疗的老年口腔疾病患者的临床资料.结果 其中51例接受活动义齿修复,剩余31例接受固定义齿修复.51例接受活动义齿修复的患者中,23例为全口义齿、10例为上半口义齿、11例为下半口义齿、7例为赝复体,其治疗合格率为96.08％.所有患者治疗半年后随访,均能很好保养义齿,无一例复发,合格率为100.00％.结论 老年口腔疾病患者的修复治疗涉及到美学性、治疗性和功能性修复,以及修复后的保养、维护和预防.从具体来看,要根据患者的全身和口腔局部情况,制定和实施符合老年人年龄特点和患者具体特点的修复方案.
