Objective To analyze the accuracy of serum anti-MP-IgM detection and agglutination test in the detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection treated at our hospital from August,2012 to August,2015 were randomly selected and were divided into a study group (n =50) and a control group (n =50) using random number table. The study group took agglutination test and the control group serum anti-MP-IgM detection. The positive rate, sensitivity, and specificity were statistically analyzed in both groups. Results The positive rate, sensitivity, and specificity were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group [26.0% (13/50) vs.12.0% (6/50),88.0% (44/50) vs.84.0%(42/50),and 96.0% (48/50) vs.90.0% (45/50),P<0.05].Conclusions The accuracy of agglutination test in the detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children is higher than serum anti-MP-IgM detection,it is more effective in increasing positive rate, sensitivity, and specificity,so it is worth being clinically generalized.%目的 分析血清抗MP-IgM检测方法和被动凝集法对小儿肺炎支原体感染检验的准确性.
