临床路径教学法在实习带教中的应用

摘要

目的 观察临床路径教学法在内外科临床实习中应用的效果.方法 分别将内外科实习医师各90名随机分为两组,研究组医师采用临床路径教学法,对照组医师采用传统方式教学法,待实习结束时分别对两组的综合成绩进行考核并对满意度进行调查.结果 临床路径教学组的成绩及学生满意度均优于传统方式教学法组.结论 临床路径教学法在临床实习中的应用可提高教学效果.%Objective To study the teaching effect of clinical pathway (CP) in internal medicine and surgery practice teaching for medical students.Methods Ninety clinical medical students were randomized into a clinical pathway group and a traditional group.The effectiveness in these two groups was evaluated.Results The satisfaction degree and achievement measure were significantly better in the clinical pathway group than in the traditional group.Conclusions The method of clinical pathway teaching can significantly improve the effect of clinical education in internal medicine and surgery.
