持续滴注鼻饲法对高龄脑出血患者肠内营养的作用分析

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous drip nasal feeding on relevant indexes of enteral nutrition for elderly patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 90 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group according to the nursing way of nasal feeding with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated by normal way of nasal feeding for 2 weeks,while observation group was treated with continuous drip nasal feeding for 2 weeks.Compared the index of nutrition,the cure rate of cerebral hemorrhage,the incidence of complications and so on.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the index of nutrition between two groups (P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was 8.44％,the cure rate was 93.2％,significantly better than 35.56％ and 58.3％ in control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous drip nasal feeding can improve the nutritional status of elderly patient with severe cerebral hemorrhage,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications of enteral nutrition,worthy of clinical application.%目的 分析持续滴注鼻饲法对脑出血高龄患者肠内营养相关指标的影响,探讨持续滴注鼻饲对此类患者的作用.方法 选择本院收治的住院高龄脑出血患者90例,根据鼻饲护理方式分为观察组和对照组各45例,其中对照组按照不同时间进行鼻饲,观察组采用持续滴注鼻饲法,通过不同的鼻饲护理方式进行2周,观察并对比两组的营养学指标、脑出血治愈率,并发症的发生率等.结果 两组患者营养学指标比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但观察组并发症生发生率为8.44％、治愈率为93.2％,明显优于对照组的35.56％和58.3％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 临床针对脑出血高龄患者采用持续滴注鼻饲法可以有效减少脑出血并发症的发生率,同时提高患者治愈率,值得临床广泛采用.
