中西医结合治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of western combined with Chinese medicine for elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 70 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from our hospital and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,35 for each group.The control group were conventionally treated;in addition,the study group were treated with qi-tonifying and pulse-restoring injection.The clinical efficacies were compared between these two groups.Results The total efficacy was 91.43％ in the study group and 85.71％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Conventional treatment combined with qi-tonifying and pulse-restoring injection for chronic heart failure is effective and worth being clinically generalized.%目的 探讨中西医结合疗法治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法 选取本院70例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机对照原则将患者分为观察组和试验组,各35例.对照组给予常规综合治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用益气复脉注射液治疗.比较两组临床疗效.结果 试验组有效率91.43％,对照组85.71％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在常规治疗基础上应用益气复脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广使用.
