目的 探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗偏头痛的临床效果.方法 收集本院2015年1月至10月收治的80例偏头痛患者,随机分为对照组与实验组.对照组口服麦角胺咖啡因片治疗,实验组加用银杏达莫注射液.比较两组疼痛程度、总体治疗效果与初次缓解时间.结果 实验组治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);实验组在12 h与24 h治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组初次缓解时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 相比单用麦角胺咖啡因治疗,加用银杏达莫注射液治疗偏头痛临床效果更为显著,值得临床上大力推广运用,具有借鉴性.%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of gingko injection for migraine.Methods 80 migraine patients admitted into our hospital from January to October,2015 were collected and randomly divided a control group and an experimental group.The control group orally took ergotamine caffeine tablets;in addition,the experiment group were treated with gingko injection.The pain degree,the overall treatment effect,and initial remission time were compared between these two groups.Results After the treatment,the VAS score was significantly lower in the experiment group than in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.01).Hour 12 and 24,the total effective rates were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The initial remission time was significantly shorter in the experimental group than the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.01).Conclusions Gingko injection in combination with ergotamine caffeine tablets for migraine is more effective than ergotamine caffeine tablets,so it is worth being clinically generalized and of reference.
