对骨科病房护士进行《唤醒护理》培训的效果分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of training of Patient-CenteredHolistic Nursing on nursing quality and satisfaction.Methods 68 nurses in orthopedics ward participated training and examination of Patient-Centered Holistic Nursing,and several nursing quality indexes and nursing satisfaction of administrators,doctors,patients and nurses themselves were compared before and after training.Results The theory score and practical operation score in scene stimulation before and after training were significantly different (P＜0.01).Both random pass rate of life nursing and health education rate to patients increased;the average hospitalization days,the incidence of pressure ulcer,falling over and other index decreased.The satisfaction of administrator of nursing department and doctors to nurses improved a lot (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of patients to nurses and the career satisfaction of nurses in orthopedics ward also greatly increased (P＜0.0 1).Conclusions After systematic training of Patient-Centered Holistic Nursing,nursing quality indexes and clinical thinking ability,predictive ability,working enthusiasm and confidence improved a lot.The satisfaction of administrator of nursing department,doctors and patients to nurses improved,career satisfaction of nurses greatly increased.%目的 探讨护士全面接受《唤醒护理》一书的培训后,对本院护理工作质量各项指标以及各方满意度的影响.方法 对本院骨科病房的68名护士进行《唤醒护理》一书的培训和考核,并对培训前后一年护理质量的多个指标,管理者、医生、患者对护理工作的满意度以及护士的职业满意度进行比较.结果 护士在培训前后理论及模拟情景实操考试成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);培训后的一年,护理质量指标的生活护理抽查合格率和教育指导到位率均上升;患者的平均住院日、压疮发生率、跌倒发生率等11项指标均下降.护理管理者、医生对护理工作的满意度也大大提高(P＜0.05);患者对护理工作及骨科病房护士自身的职业满意度明显增加(P＜0.01).结论 对骨科病房护士进行《唤醒护理》的系统培训,能有效提高各项护理质量指标的同时,也提高了护士的临床思维能力、前瞻性评估水平,增强自信心和工作积极性,使管理者、医生和患者对护理工作的满意度以及护士的职业满意度更高.
