目的 观察中药浴足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床护理及疗效.方法 两组患者均予常规降糖、降脂、控制血压、对症处理等常规治疗.对照组给予甲钴胺注射液0.5 mg静脉滴注,每天1次.治疗组在对照组的基础上加用补气活血中药浴足,每天1次.观察两组的临床疗效及Toronto评分.结果 对照组痊愈1例,显效17例,有效28例,无效14例,总有效率为76.7％;治疗组痊愈2例,显效24例,有效30例,无效4例,总有效率为93.3％.两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组症状分、反射分、感觉试验分均明显减少,且治疗组的各项分数较对照组明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 补气活血中药浴足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效显著,可明显改善患者症状及生活质量,简单易行,在家中亦可操作,可明显缩短患者的住院时间,减少住院费用,值得临床推广及应用.%Objective To observe the clinical nursing care and treatment effect of foot-bath with traditional Chinese medicine that invigorating vital energy and promoting blood flow for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Both groups were conventionally treated by reducing blood glucose,blood fat,and blood pressure and expectant treatment.The control group were venously dripped 0.5 mg mecobalamine.And in addition,the treatment group were bathed their feet with traditional Chinese medicine that invigorating vital energy and promoting blood flow,once a day.The clinical efficacy and Toronto score were observed in both groups.Results 1 case was cured,17 cases were markedly improved,28 cases were effective,and 14 cases were ineffective in the control group,with a total effective rate of 76.7％.2 case were cured,24 cases were markedly improved,30 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 93.3％.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of symptom,reflection,and feelingtest were more obviously decreased in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Foot-bath with traditional Chinese medicine that invigorating vital energy and promoting blood flow for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is quite effective and can obviously improve the patient's symptoms and quality of life.It is simple and easy to do.And it can obviously shorten the hospital stay and reduce hospitaliztion cost.So it is worth being clinically generalized.
