补气活血中药治疗气虚血瘀证缺血性脑卒中恢复期运动障碍疗效及对S100β、Hcy水平的影响

摘要

目的 探讨补气活血中药治疗气虚血瘀证缺血性脑卒中恢复期运动障碍疗效及对S100β、Hcy水平的影响.方法 将140例气虚血瘀证缺血性脑卒中恢复期运动障碍患者随机分为2组,对照组70例给予西医治疗,观察组70例在此基础上加用补气活血中药治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、肌力水平、Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分、Barthel 指数评分、Berg平衡量表评分、步行能力评分、S100β及Hcy 水平,统计2组近期疗效.结果 2组治疗后半身不遂、口舌歪斜、言语謇涩或不语、感觉减退或消失、面色 白及气短乏力积分均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项积分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后肌力水平、Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分、Barthel指数评分、Berg平衡量表评分及步行能力评分均显著改善(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后S100β及Hcy水平均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项指标水平均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05).结论 补气活血中药治疗气虚血瘀证缺血性脑卒中恢复期运动障碍可有效缓解临床症状,提高肌力和肢体运动功能,改善日常生活质量,并有助于下调S100β和Hcy水平.%Objective It is to explore the effect of Chinese drug for tonify qi and activate the blood on dyskinesia at recov -ery period after ischemic storke with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis and its effect on the levels of S 100 beta and Hcy.Methods 140 patients with dyskinesia at recovery period after ischemic storke with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(n=70)was treated with western medicine,additionally the ob-servation group was treated with Chinese drug for tonify qi and activate the blood.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndrome, Fugl-Meyer motor scale, Barthel index, Berg balance scale, walking ability and the levels of muscle strength,S100 beta and Hcy before and after treatment were observed and the recent curative effects were evaluated in both groups.Results After treatment the scores of TCM symptoms such as hemiplegia,hypesthesia,shortness of breath and so on and the levels of S100 beta and Hcy were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of every index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the level of muscle strength and the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor scale,Barthel index,Berg balance scale and walking ability were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvements of every index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese drug for tonify qi and activate the blood can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve muscle strength and body motor function,improve the quality of daily life, and help to down-regulate the levels of S100 and Hcy in the patients with dyskinesia at recovery period after ischemic storke with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
