综合性护理干预对十二指肠溃疡患者的护理效果分析

摘要

目的 研究综合性护理干预对十二指肠溃疡患者的护理效果.方法 将2014年6月到2015年6月期间在我院接受十二指肠溃疡治疗的84例患者作为本次研究的对象,分为对照组和观察组.其中,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者则接受综合性护理,比较两组患者的护理情况.结果 护理后,观察组患者护理有效率95.24％高于对照组的78.57％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分[(90.32±5.3)分]高于对照组患者的[(74.16±4.57)分].结论 给予十二指肠溃疡患者综合性护理,有利于提高患者生活质量,恢复健康,值得推广.%Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with duodenal ulcer.Methods 84 cases of duodenal ulcer in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group.Control group received usual care, while observation group received comprehensive nursing care.The nursing situation of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of nursing in observation group was 95.24％, higher than 78.57％ in control group, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05);the score of life quality in observation group was (90.32±5.37), higher than (74.16±4.57) in control group.Conclusion Comprehensive care can improve the quality of life of patients with duodenal ulcer, restoring health, worthy of promotion.
