23例妊娠中期伴发脑血管疾病患者的临床特点及妊娠结局

摘要

目的 总结23例妊娠中期伴发脑血管疾病患者的临床特点、诊治情况和妊娠结局.方法 选择2013年1月至2015年6月在本院接受治疗的妊娠中期伴发脑血管疾病患者共23例进行回顾性分析.查阅病例、自制回顾性分析调查表、分析妊娠中期伴发脑血管疾病的临床表现、诊治情况、妊娠结局及随访情况.结果 23例患者中发生意识障碍共6例,神经损伤共6例,视物模糊共5例,恶心呕吐共6例.对患者不同脑血管疾病进行相应的治疗后有14例患者引产,所有患者均随访良好,无死亡病例.结论 妊娠中期伴发脑血管疾病的患者病情危急应该及早进行诊断和治疗,保证孕妇生命安全,病情稳定后,应对孕妇引产的必要性进行综合评价,选择合适的引产方法终止妊娠.%Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment,and pregnancy outcome of 23 cases of cerebral vascular diseases in the second trimester of pregnancy.Methods 23 cases of cerebral vascular diseases in the second trimester of pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Referring to the medical record,made retrospective analysis questionnaire,retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment situation,pregnancy outcome,and follow-up of cerebral vascular diseases in the second trimester of pregnancy.Results In 23 patients,there were 6 cases of disturbance of consciousness,6 cases of nerve injury,5 cases of blurred vision,6 cases of nausea and vomiting.After corresponding treatment for patients with cerebral vascular diseases,14 cases underwent induced abortion,all patients had good prognosis during follow up,without death cases.Conclusions Patients with cerebral vascular diseases in the second trimester of pregnancy in critical condition should be early diagnosed and treated to ensure the safety of pregnant women.After the condition is stable,we should comprehensively evaluate the necessity of induced abortion,choose appropriate methods of induced labor for the termination of pregnancy.
