目的 分析信息推送技术在流动人口结核病患者管理中应用的可行性,为转变管理模式提供参考.方法 采用自制问卷,调查患者基本情况、治疗依从性、个人通讯工具等信息,使用Epidata 13.0建立数据库,IBM SPSS 20.0对数据进行统计分析.结果 本次研究共发放问卷230份,收回有效问卷212份,有效率92.17％.患者基本信息方面:男性占63.68％(135/212),年龄分布集中在20～30岁和30～40岁,流动人口占90％ 以上,且以工人为主.治疗依从性方面:70％ 以上的患者能够按照医生要求按时服药、复查.网络及通讯工具拥有情况:全部患者都拥有手机,其中智能手机占比为84.43％(179/212),日均上网时间为5.76 h,50.94％(179/212)的患者收到消息后会立即查看.个人观点方面:99.53％(211/212)的患者愿意在治疗期间接收信息推送,以提醒自己按时服药、复诊或了解结核病相关知识.结论 应用信息推送技术管理流动人口结核病患者可行性好,患者接受程度高.%Objective To analyze the application feasibility of information push technology in floating tuberculosis (TB) patients in order to provide a reference for transforming TB management model. Methods Data were collected by self-designed questionnaires, which included basic information, treatment compliance, communication tools, and other information. Database and statistic analysis were conducted by means of Epidata (Version 13.0) and IBM SPSS (Version 20.0) software respectively. Results A total of 230 questionnaires were issued, 212 valid questionnaires were retrieved with the effective rate of 92.17％. Patients' basic information: Male patients accounted for 63.68％ (135/212), the age distribution concentrated on 20-30 years old and 30-40 years old, the floating population accounted for more than 90％ of total, and mainly were workers. Treatment compliance:More than 70％ of the patients followed the doctors' instructions to take medicine on time or reexamination. The availability of Network and communication tools: All patients had mobile phones, the smart phone accounted for 84.43％ (179/212). The average daily online time was 5.76 hours. 50.94％ (179/212) of the patients viewed immediately after receiving the news message. Personal perspective: 99.53％ (211/212) of the patients agreed to receive messages during treatment to remind themselves to take medication on time, reexamine or understand tuberculosis-related knowledge. Conclusion The application of information push technology in the management of floating TB patients has good feasibility with high degree of acceptance.
