目的 金银枯叶粉贴敷治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果.方法 将符合TMD标准的68例患者,随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各34例.对照组用超短波治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上选用金银枯叶粉外敷配合穴位按揉,观察两组治疗效果.结果 两组患者疼痛缓解时间比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.2395,P<0.01);4个周后,疼痛评分(VAS)比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.7607,P<0.01),最大张口度比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.2411,P<0.01);观察组总有效率91.2％ 明显高于对照组61.8％,两组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.1731,P=0.0043).结论 选用金银枯叶粉外敷配合穴位按揉,可明显减轻患者的痛苦,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the curative effect of sticking with Jinyin Kuye powder in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders. Methods 68 patients with temporomandibular disorders were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ultrashort wave, and the observation group was treated with sticking with Jinyin Kuye powder and acupressure on the basis of the control group. Then observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results There was statistically significant difference in the time of pain relief between the two groups (t=8.2395, P<0.01); after 4 weeks, there were statistically significant differences in VAS score and the maximum degree of mouth opening between the two groups (t=6.7607, P<0.01; t=5.2411, P<0.01); the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (91.2％ vs.61.8％), with statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ 2=8.1731, P=0.0043). Conclusion Sticking with Jinyin Kuye powder and acupressure can significantly reduce the pain of patients, and improve the efficiency of treatment, worthy to be promoted in clinical application.
