Objective To compare the effects of dutasteride and finasteride on prostate volume and blood in patients undergoing plasma kinetic vaporization operation, and to provide a basis for clinical application. Methods 98 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the subjects, and were divided into dutasteride group and finasteride group according to the random number table method. Before and after surgery, dutasteride group was treated with oral dutasteride for one week, and finasteride group was treated with oral finasteride for one week. All patients were treated with transurethral resection of prostate by the same surgical group. Evaluated the efficacy and surgical indicators of the two groups. Results Before operation, the maximum blood flow velocity of dutasteride group after one week of medication was lower than that at hospital admission (P<0.05). After operation, the volume of prostate, the maximum blood flow velocity, IPSS score, the levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit were decreased, while the maximum urinary flow rate was increased (P<0.05). After operation, the maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups were increased after one week of medication (P<0.05). The duration of hematuria in the dutasteride group was lower than that in the finasteride group (P<0.05). Conclusions The using of dutasteride and finasteride during the perioperative period have no significant effect on the prostate volume of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. However compared with finasteride, dutasteride can improve the maximum urinary flow rate, shorten the postoperative hematuria time, worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 比较度他雄胺和非那雄胺对行等离子电切镜手术患者的前列腺体积及血液的影响,为临床应用提供依据.方法 选择98例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为度他雄胺组和非那雄胺组.于术前及术后,度他雄胺组口服度他雄胺胶囊治疗一周,非那雄胺组口服非那雄胺片治疗一周.所有患者均由同一手术组医师行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术.评价两组疗效及手术指标.结果 术前服药一周后两组最大血流速度较入院时降低(P<0.05).术后两组前列腺体积、最大血流速度、IPSS评分、血红蛋白及血细胞压积水平均降低,最大尿流率升高(P<0.05).术后服药一周后两组最大尿流率较术后升高(P<0.05).度他雄胺组镜下血尿时间低于非那雄胺组(P<0.05).结论 围手术期应用度他雄胺及非那雄胺对前列腺增生患者的前列腺体积均无明显影响,但与非那雄胺比较,度他雄胺可提高术后最大尿流率,缩短术后血尿时间,值得临床推广.
