摘要

The three principal areas of research reported are: (1) turbulent relaxation processes in current carrying magnetofluids such as the reversed-field-pinch; (2) density fluctuations in compressible MHD turbulence; and (3) development of plasma cellular automata, lattice-gas models of magnetofluids and Vlasov plasmas which show promise as a future computational tool. This paper presents a brief description of the results obtained. (ERA citation 12:044445)
