甲状腺癌是内分泌系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来发现端粒酶逆转录酶启动子突变可使细胞端粒不缩短,从而使细胞永生化,在甲状腺癌的发生发展和浸润转移中发挥了重要作用.端粒酶逆转录酶启动子突变对甲状腺癌的诊断和预后判断有重要的价值,术前检测端粒酶逆转录酶启动子突变能有效指导甲状腺癌治疗方案的选择.%Thyroid carcinoma is the most frequent endocrine cancer.Recently, it has been discovered that telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter mutation can prevent cell tolemeres from shortening, leading to cell immortalization and plays an important role in the tumor genesis, invasiveness and metastasis of the thyroid carcinoma.Testing of telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter mutation is of great value in diagnosis, which also can be used as a prognostic maker of thyroid carcinoma.
