细胞自噬在口腔扁平苔藓恶变中作用的研究进展

摘要

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a common inflammatory disease of oral mucosa, which is easy to recurrent and has malignant tendency. The precise etiology and pathogenesis about OLP is unknown. Autophagy is a highly conserved phenomenon in eukaryotic cells, as one type of programmed cell death, which plays an important role in the maintenance of inter-cellular environment homeostasis. At present, there is no report about the relationship between autophagy and the development and malignant transformation of OLP. In this article, the correlation between autophagy and OLP has been discussed.%口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)是一种常见的口腔黏膜炎症性疾病,易复发并存在恶变的可能,具体的病因和发病机制尚不清楚.细胞自噬是真核细胞生物中高度保守的生命现象,作为程序性细胞死亡的方式之一,在维持细胞内环境的稳态方面起到重要作用.目前关于细胞自噬与OLP 发病及恶变的关系的相关报道较少,本文就细胞自噬与口腔扁平苔藓的联系作一探讨.
