Carcinoma?ex-pleomorphic?adenoma?is?a?rare?and?highly?malignant?type?of?salivary?gland?tumor.?The?tumor,?which?often?occurs?in?the?parotid?gland,?palate,?and?submandibular?gland,?is?difficult?to?diagnose,?easily?recurs,?and?has?poor?prognosis.?This?paper?presents?a?comprehensive?overview?of?research?progress?on?the?clinical?manifestations,?pathological?features,?diagnosis,?treatment,?and?prognosis?of?the?tumor.%在涎腺肿瘤中，多形性腺瘤是一种较为少见的、恶性程度较高的恶性肿瘤，好发于腮腺、腭部、颌下腺，具有诊断困难、易复发和预后差的临床特点。本文就多形性腺瘤的临床表现、组织病理学特点、诊断、治疗和预后等研究进展作一综述。
