2种唇腭裂患儿家属围手术期的健康教育方法

Objective??To?explore?the?better?clinical?effect?of?health?education?for?families?of?children?with?cleft?lip?and?palate?in?preopetative?period.?Methods ??Two?hundred?and?two?families?of?children?with?cleft?lip?and?palate?were?randomly?divided?into?2?groups:?Experimental?group?and?the?control?group.?Control?group?were?treated?by?conventional?health?education,?experimental?group?using?improved?health?education.?The?cognitive?effects?of?families?of?children?were?evaluated??after?accepting?two?methods?of?health?education.?Results??The?difference?between?the?two?sets?of?health?education?methods?in?families?of?children?was?statistically?significant?on?the?cognition?to?the?disease?and?child?care(P<0.01).?Conclusion??Improved?health?education?can?improve?the?cognitive?abilities?of?families?of?children?with?cleft?lip?and?palate,?and?it?has?a?certain?clinical?application?value.%目的探讨临床效果更好的针对唇腭裂患儿家属的健康教育方式。方法将202例高中及其以下受教育程度的围手术期唇腭裂患儿家属随机平分为试验组、对照组，对照组采用常规方式进行宣教，试验组采用改进法进行健康教育，综合评价2组宣教后患儿家属的认知效果。结果2组健康教育方法在患儿家属对疾病的认知及其对患儿护理上的差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论改进后的健康教育方法能提高唇腭裂患儿家属的认知能力，有一定的临床应用价值。
