不同健康教育方法在唇腭裂患儿围术期护理中的效果观察

         

摘要

[目的]探讨不同健康教育方法在唇腭裂患儿围术期护理中的应用效果。[方法]将80例唇腭裂患儿随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用传统健康教育方式,观察组采用系统性健康教育。对两组健康教育知识掌握程度和护理质量进行评价。[结果]观察组健康教育知识掌握优良率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组对护理满意率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]系统性健康教育方法能够帮助患儿家长更进一步掌握唇腭裂健康教育知识,提高对护理质量的满意度。%Objective:To probe into the application of different health education methods in perioperative care of cheilopalatognathus children.Methods:A total of 80 cheilopalatognathus children were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each.The cheilopalatognathus children in control group were given traditional health ed-ucation method,while the cheilopalatognathus children in observation group were given systemic health educa-tion.The cheilopalatognathus children’s grasp degree of health education knowledge and nursing quality were e-valuated in two groups.Results:The grasping rate with “excellent and good”on health education knowledge in observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group (80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that of control group,82.5%,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The systemic health education method can help parents of cheilopalatognathus children to grasp the health education knowledge further,improve the satisfaction to the nursing quality.
