1型糖尿病与肠道病毒感染之间的关系

摘要

The pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes is complicated.The infection of enterovirus is closely related to this disease as one of the environmental factors.After susceptible individuals are infected by enterovirus,beta cells in pancreas islets are damaged in two ways,direct infection and autoimmune responses,then leading to the decrease of insulin secretion,clinical diabetes,finally resulting in functional failure of pancreatic islet.%1型糖尿病的发病机制复杂.作为环境因素之一的感染因素,肠道病毒感染与1型糖尿病密切相关.肠道病毒感染易感个体后,通过直接感染和引起自身免疫反应两种方式损伤β细胞,从而导致胰岛功能损伤,胰岛素分泌障碍,临床出现糖尿病,最终导致胰岛功能衰竭.
