线粒体与脓毒症多器官功能障碍的研究进展

摘要

脓毒症是指感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征,多种炎症因子及大量活性氧的释放是脓毒症的特点,释放的炎症因子及活性氧会损伤线粒体的膜蛋白、mtDNA等,导致线粒体功能障碍,诱发细胞的线粒体死亡途径,最终导致多器官功能障碍.该文探究脓毒症时线粒体功能障碍的相关机制,以期能为脓毒症的治疗提供更多有效方法.%Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection, which is characterized by multiple inflammatory cytokines and massive reactive oxygen species released.The release of inflammatory cytokines and reactive oxygen species would damage the mitochondrial membrane proteins, mtDNA, etc,which will lead to mitochondrial dysfunction and activate mitochondrial death pathway and even result in multiple organ dysfunction.Exploring the mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction in sepsis may provide more effective ways for the treatment of sepsis.
