毛细支气管炎与谷胱甘肽的相关性研究

摘要

毛细支气管炎是婴幼儿时期常见的呼吸道感染性疾病，其主要由呼吸道合胞病毒引起，且与后期哮喘的发生有密切联系。其具体发病机制和免疫、氧化应激等机制有关。近来研究发现谷胱甘肽可能在保持气道上皮完整性，抵御肺部损伤与炎症等方有重要的作用。该文就谷胱甘肽在毛细支气管炎发病机制中的可能的保护作用作一综述。%Capillary bronchitis is a common respiratory infectious disease. In the early childhood,it is mainly caused by respiratory syncytial virus,which is closely related with later asthma. The pathogenesis is still not entirely clear. Recent studies have found that glutathione functions in keeping airway epithelial integrity,a-gainst lung injury and inflammation. This article summarizes the protective effect of glutathione in capillary bron-chitis.
