慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)基础病理生理学的多样性导致其会发生不同程度的变异;加之对其疾病亚群机制缺乏了解,使得CRS的治疗十分困难.因此,对于CRS内在型的进一步研究将有助于明确CRS的病因,为CRS的对因治疗提供参考,从而获得更有效的治疗效果.本文综述了CRS基于伴或不伴鼻息肉的临床表型,基于嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞、Th细胞和因子、ILC2s、IgE及白三烯途径的五种内在型,并探讨了CRS与阿司匹林加重性呼吸系统疾病、哮喘内在型之间的关系.%The diversity of the basic pathophysiology of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) leads to different degrees of variation of CRS;in addition,the lack of understanding of the disease subpopulation mechanism makes treatment of CRS very difficult.Therefore,further research on the endotype of CRS will help clarify the etiology of CRS and provide reference for the treatment of CRS so as to obtain more effective treatment effects.This article reviews the clinical phenotype of CRS based on with or without nasal polyps,five endotypes based on eosinophils and neutrophils,Th cells and factors,ILC2s,IgE and leukotriene pathways,and discusses CRS relationship with AERD and asthma endotype.
