变应性鼻炎特异性免疫治疗疗效的预测指标

摘要

特异性免疫治疗是从病因治疗变应性鼻炎的方法,但免疫治疗的疗程长,费用较高,效果因人而异.目前评价免疫治疗疗效主要是根据症状评分、药物评分、特异性皮肤指数等临床指标,但评价患者在免疫治疗期间以及疗程结束后全身免疫反应及局部炎症的动态变化缺乏可靠的免疫学指标.因此,寻找新的免疫指标为特异性免疫治疗提供可靠佐证具有重要的临床意义.本文就变应性鼻炎特异性免疫治疗疗效的预测指标研究进展做一综述.%Specific immunotherapy (SIT for short) is the only etiological treatment method of allergic rhinitis(AR for short) currently.However,SIT costs long time and expensive fee,and the effect varys with each individual.At present,evaluation of the effect of immunotherapy mainly accords to the symptom scores,drug grade,specific index of skin and so on.However,there is lack of reliable immunological indexe to evaluate the dynamic changes of systemic immune response and local inflammation,in patients during and after immune therapy.Therefore,looking for a new immunological index to provide reliable evidence for SIT is with great clinical significance.In this paper,the advances in effect predictors of the SIT of AR are summarized.
