肾脏疾病病人进行临床治疗前必须进行肾功能的评估。除了常规取血液样本通过检验方法测定肾功能外，在医学成像方面，亦出现了多种评估方法，其中单光子发射体层成像检查已成为测定肾功能的金标准，并且随着CT技术的发展，其在评估肾形态的基础上可同时评估肾功能，半定量或定量测定肾小球滤过率，为术前的临床评估提供更多的生理学指标。现就CT对肾功能评估的研究进展予以综述。%Renal function evaluation is essential before clinical therapy in patients with renal diseases. In addition to measuring renal function by analyzing serum creatinine, a variety of imaging methods are available. Among the methods, the SPECT has become the gold standard in renal function evaluation. With the development of software and hardware of computed tomography (CT) devices, CT can evaluate pathological and function of the kidney at single imaging session. It can measure glomerular filtration rate value semi-quantitatively or quantitatively, and provides other physiological indicators for clinical assessment preoperatively. In this review we focused on renal function evaluation using CT devices.
