MR软骨生理成像技术是一组用于评价关节软骨早期损伤的新技术,其通过反映软骨基质生化成分含量的变化及软骨生理结构异常来评价软骨损伤。与传统影像检查技术相比,MR软骨生理成像技术可对软骨形态轮廓尚未改变之前的损伤进行早期诊断,对疾病的早期干预、治疗和评估具有重要意义。 MR生理成像技术多从膝关节开始研究和应用,就各种膝MR软骨生理成像技术的原理、基础研究及临床应用进展予以综述。%Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of cartilage physiology is a new technology for the early evaluation of ar-ticular cartilage damage. By examining the changes in the cartilage matrix of biochemical reactions ingredient content and physical structure of cartilage, the abnormal cartilage damage can be evaluated. Compared with conventional imaging tech-niques, MR imaging of cartilage physiology can detect cartilage damage before cartilage morphological change. In addition, MR imaging of cartilage physiology is very important in triggering early intervention and assessing treatment response. The re-search and application of MR imaging physiological techniques began with knee joint. The principle, progress in basic re-search and clinical application of MR imaging of cartilage physiology were reviewed in this article.
