代谢组学在食管癌的研究现状

     

摘要

代谢组学是一门新兴的学科,运用分析化学(磁共振和色谱-质谱)方法研究生物体对病理生理刺激产生的代谢变化,采用多因素统计分析方法综合评估内源性代谢产物变化水平,最终实现从代谢角度进行疾病诊断、肿瘤分期、治疗指导以及预后评估。食管癌是上胃肠道常见的恶性肿瘤,临床早期诊断困难,目前代谢组学及相关技术在食管癌的研究越来越深入,有望成为诊断及评价食管癌治疗效果的另一手段。就代谢组学及其相关研究技术用于食管癌的研究进展作一综述。%Metabolomics is an emerging discipline. It uses analytical chemistry (magnetic resonance and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry) to study the generated metabolic change of pathophysiology by the stimulation of organism. Metabonomics employs multivariable statistical analysis method to assess the changes in endogenous metabolites and finally achieves the disease diagnosis, neoplasm staging, guiding treatment and prognosis evaluation from the metabolism point of view. Esophageal cancer, a common malignant tumor of digestive tract, is difficult to diagnose at early stage with existing methods at present. The metabonomics and related technology have been intensively used in the study of esophageal cancer and have potential to be a novel tool in diagnosing and evaluating the treatment effect of esophageal cancer. In the article we reviewed the research progress of metabonomics and its related technologies about esophageal cancer.
