Fatty liver is the most common complication in liver during the chemotherapy and endocrine therapy in breast cancer, usually in a level of mild-to moderate. However some severe complications may occur, such as fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver cancer, and liver failure. Since hepatic steatosis is reversible, a dynamically quantitative assessment of hepatic steatosis can contribute to a early diagnosis and intervention, which may provide references for the clinical evaluation and treatment. So far, a variety of noninvasive imaging methods is proposed to identify and assess hepatic steatosis quantitatively, but their sensitivity varies. In this review, we focused on the application of imaging methods in the early diagnosis and quantification of chemotherapy and endocrine therapy induced fatty liver.%脂肪肝是乳腺癌病人化疗及内分泌治疗最常见的肝脏并发症,通常是轻中度的脂肪变性,但严重者可进一步引起肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝癌,甚至肝功能衰竭。
