终末期肾病病人上肢血管通路的影像学评价

摘要

血液透析治疗是大多数终末期肾病病人维持生命的方式.建立合适的血管通路是进行血液透析的前提条件.而上肢通路血管建立的成功率及建立后的并发症是影响透析治疗效果的主要因素.临床上主要采用体格检查和影像检查(超声、CT、数字减影血管造影、MRI)来监测及评估内瘘血管.为帮助临床医生正确评价血管通路情况,进而更好地指导临床诊断与治疗,着重就几种影像方法对评价终末期肾病病人上肢血管通路的价值予以综述.%The majority of patients with end-stage renal disease rely on blood dialysis.The prerequisite of hemodialy-sis is to establish a proper vascular access,and the problem of dialysis treatment is the success rate of vascular access and further complications.In clinical contexts,physical examination and imaging techniques(ultrasound,CT,DSA,and MRI)are usually used to monitor and assess vascular fistula.In this review,we demonstrated the value of imaging techniques in assess-ing vascular access in patients with end-stage renal disease,so as to help clinicians to accurately evaluate the status of vas-cular access,and to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
