脑性瘫痪患儿微量元素与免疫功能状态研究

摘要

Objective To explore the differences of m icroelem entand in m une function between children with cerebral palsy (CP) and healthy children ,in order to provide a basis for therapy.M ethods A torn ic absorption spectrom etry w as used to detect the con -tents of Cu, Zn, Ca, M g and Fe in whole blood sam ples . Rate nephebm etry was perform ed to detect plasm a levels of IgG , IgA , IgM andC3.BD FACSCalibur flow instrum entwas used to detect contents of CD 3 , CD4 and CD8 in whole blood sam ples. Results Levels of Cu,Zn,Ca,Fe,CD3,CD8, IgG and IgA in CP group were lower than those in healthy control group (P<0 .05) .Con-clusion Com pared w ith healthy children , Children w ith CP m ight be w ith deficiency of m icroelem ent and dysfunction of hum oral and cellular in m une. R esults of this research could supply certain basis for supplem ent of m icronutrient and in m une therapy in children with CP .%目的 探讨脑性瘫痪(CP)患儿与正常同龄儿童在微量元素、免疫功能方面是否存在差异,为CP患儿补充微量元素和免疫调节治疗提供依据.方法 采用原子吸收光谱法检测全血样本中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)5种元素含量;采用速率散射比浊法检测血浆中IgG、IgA、IgM、C3含量;使用BD FACSCalibur流式仪测定全血中CD3、CD4、CD8含量.结果 CP组Cu、Zn、Ca、Fe、CD3、CD8、IgG均低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 CP患儿与正常同龄儿童相比存在微量元素缺乏、体液及细胞免疫功能紊乱,据此为CP患儿补充微量元素和调节免疫治疗提供了一定依据.
