白细胞分类计数及降钙素原在慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴感染中的相关性分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation between white blood cell differential count and procalcitonin.Methods 85 cases patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(WBC) were selected.The white blood cells count and classifications (N％) were processed and procalcitonin was measured.The results were statistically analyzed.Results WBC and classifications (N％) had no statistically significant relationship with PCT (P＞0.05).They had the same effect on diagnosis of infection.But PCT was superior to WBC and N％.Conclusion There is on relationship between white blood cell differential count and procalcitonin in the diagnosis of infection.%目的 确立感染的传统指标白细胞分类计数与降钙素原的相关关系.方法 对85例慢阻肺患者采血同时进行白细胞(WBC)计数及分类(N％)和降钙素原测定,并对结果进行统计分析.结果 WBC及分类(N％)与PCT的相关关系无统计学意义(P＞0.05).诊断感染方面有相同的作用.但是PCT要优于WBC和N％.结论 两者在诊断感染方面无相关性.
