急性呼吸道感染成年患者病原体检测结果分析

摘要

目的 通过对成年患者9种呼吸道感染病原体Ig M抗体的检测,了解本地呼吸道病原体的流行情况,为临床提供早期诊断和治疗依据.方法 选取成都军区昆明总医院呼吸道感染住院成年患者1855例,通过9项呼吸道感染病原体Ig M抗体试剂检测住院成年患者血清病原体抗体,分析9项呼吸道感染病原体在不同季节、不同年龄段成年患者血清中的检出情况.结果 1855例患者血清Ig M抗体阳性共510例,总阳性率为27.76%(510/1855),阳性率较高的病原体依次为:M P(19.14%)、IFB(14.18%)、PIV(9.54%)和IFA(6.47%).M P在6、7、8月的阳性率低于其他月份(P<0.05);IFA在5、6、7、10月的阳性率较高(P<0.05),IFB在5月阳性率最高,达30.61%(P<0.05);4、8月是PIV的高发期(P<0.05).MP、IFB和PIV在16~30岁和>30~40岁这两个年龄段患者中的阳性率明显高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);IFA在16~30岁患者中的阳性率明显高于其他年龄段(P<0.05).结论 昆明地区成年人呼吸道感染的病原体主要为MP和各型流感病毒,并且病原体的阳性率与年龄和季节有关.%Objective To investigate the epidemiological situation of respiratory pathogens by detecting 9 kinds of IgM antibody of respiratory tract pathogens in adult patients in order to provide a basis for early diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice .Meth-ods A total of 1855 adult inpatients with respiratory tract infection in our hospital were selected .The serum pathogenic antibodies in adult inpatients were detected by using 9 items of respiratory tract infectious pathogenic IgM antibody reagent kits .The detection situation of 9 respiratory tract infection pathogens in different seasons and different ages was analyzed .Results Among 1855 adult patients ,510 cases were detected serum IgM antibody positive ly ,the total positive rate was 27 .76% (510/1855) ,the pathogens with higher positive rates in turn were MP (19 .14% ) ,IFB (14 .18% ) ,PIV (9 .54% )and IFA (6 .47% ) .The positive rates of MP in June ,July and August was lower than that in other months(P<0 .05);IFA had the higher positive rates in May ,June ,July and Oc-tober(P<0 .05);IFB had the highest positive rate in May (30 .61 ,P<0 .05);April and August were the high onset period of PIV (P<0 .05) .The positive rates of MP ,IFB and PIV in the age groups of 16-30 years old and >30-40 year old were higher than those in other age groups(P<0 .05);the positive rate of IFA in the patients aged 16-30 year old was significantly higher than that in other age groups(P<0 .05) .Conclusion MP and various types of flu virus are main pathogens causing adults respiratory tract infection in Kunming area ,and the positive rate of pathogens is correlated with ages and seasons .
