IL-33/ST2系统:缺血性卒中的治疗靶点

炎症反应是卒中后神经细胞死亡的重要病理过程.白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-33/ST2系统参与了缺血性卒中的炎症反应过程,且被证实是一种保护因素.文章对IL-33/ST2系统在缺血性卒中后免疫炎症调节中的作用及机制进行了综述.%Inflammation response is an important pathological process of neuronal cell death after stroke.Interleukin (IL)-33/ST2 system is involved in the inflammatory response process of ischemic stroke and has been proved to be a protective factor.This article reviews the role and mechanism of IL-33/ST2 system in the regulation of immune inflammation after ischemic stroke.
