丙型肝炎病毒抗原抗体联合检测方法研究进展

摘要

丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)是引起丙型肝炎的主要原因,目前,检测HCV感染的常用方法包括HCV RNA直接检测、HCV核心抗原检测和抗-HCV检测.HCV抗原抗体联合检测方法是一种同时检测HCV抗原和抗-HCV的新型酶免疫检测方法,可以缩短抗体阳转前的检测窗口期.此文就HCV抗原抗体联合检测方法研究进展作一综述.%Hepatitis C virus(HCV) is a primary cause of hepatitis C. At present, the usual detection methods for HCV infection include direct detection of HCV RNA, detection of HCV core antigen and detection of anti-HCV. The combination HCV antigen and antibody assay is a new enzyme immunoassay based on simultaneous detection of HCV antigen and anti-HCV and can shorten the window period before seroconversion.This review summarizes research progress of the combination HCV antigen and antibody assay.
