Objective To identify feasibility of a quantitative ELISA for detecting IgG antibody against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in healthy human plasma.Methods The quantitative ELISA was used to detect anti-RSA IgG in healthy human plasma.The positive plasma samples (anti-RSV titer > 11 U/ml) were detected again by the quantitative ELISA.A neutralization assay was carried out meanwhile.Results In 3041 plasma samples detected,anti-RSV positive rates of initial and repeat detection were 5.4% and 4.7%,respectively.The quantitative ELISA had good specificity and precision.The efficient detection rate of antiRSV positive plasma was 87.8%.Conclusion The quantitative ELISA can be applied to mass screening of anti-RSV IgG antibody in healthy human plasma.%目的 确认定量ELISA法检测健康人血浆抗呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV) IgG抗体的可行性.方法 采用定量ELISA法检测健康人血浆,对初检的抗-RSV阳性血浆(抗-RSV效价>11 U/ml)进行复检和中和试验.结果 检测3041份血浆,初检和复检的血浆抗-RSV阳性率分别为5.4%和4.7%.定量ELISA法的特异性和精密性均良好,抗-RSV阳性血浆的有效检出率为87.8%.结论 定量ELISA法可用于健康人血浆抗RSV IgG抗体的大规模筛检.
