长期低剂量服用阿司匹林对激光虹膜周切术中及术后前房出血的影响

摘要

·AIM: To evaluate the effects of long-term low-dose aspirin on intraoperative and preoperative hyphema of laser peripheral iridectomy(LPI). ·METHODS: The included 63 cases (63 eyes) with primary angle closure glaucoma went to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were divided into two groups:Group A was control group and Group B was study group,according to whether taken aspirin. The hyphema was compared between the two groups. ·RESULTS: There was no significant difference between the two groups in intraoperative and postoperative hyphema (P>0.05). No serious hyphema occurred. ·CONCLUSION: LPI can be performed safely without stopping aspirin.%目的:评估长期低剂量服用阿司匹林对激光虹膜周切术的术中、术后前房出血的影响.方法:回顾2014-01/2017-06于本院行激光虹膜周切术的原发性闭角型青光眼患者63例68眼,将纳入的病例按是否服用阿司匹林分为2组:A组为对照组,未服用阿司匹林组,B组为不停用阿司匹林组.对两组术中、术后前房出血进行比较.结果:激光虹膜周切手术过程顺利,两组之间术中及术后前房出血差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均无严重前房出血发生.结论:在不停用阿司匹林情况下仍可安全施行激光虹膜周切术.
