轴心轨迹对柴油机瞬时转速测量影响的仿真研究

         

摘要

柴油机瞬时转速信号可有效用于机器故障诊断,但测量误差难以解决,轴心轨迹就是其中一个重要影响因素。首先分析了瞬时转速信号测量中轴心轨迹误差的来源和构成,表明轴心轨迹可对传感器信号产生复杂的调频和调幅影响,通过详细分析其对瞬时转速测量的影响途径,并得到了在这些干扰下磁电式传感器输出电压波形的理论函数表达式;然后通过仿真计算,证明了轴心轨迹对瞬时转速测量计算有明显影响,并提出了相应的解决方法。%The transient speed signal may be used in diesel status fault diagnosis, but there are many interference factors in measuring procedure, and axis orbit is one of the important factors. At first, the measure errors of transient speed by shaft center track were analyzed. The axis orbit had the direct influence on the transient speed measurement, it might modulate the output signal of transducer in frequency and amplitude. The function expressions of magnetoelectric sensor' s output voltage waves in influencing of the axis orbit are derived; Through simulation computing, it is proved that axis orbit has significant influence to measuring of transient speed, and the corresponding solving method is bring forward.
