目的 研究探讨在品管圈降低产后乳房胀痛发生率的实施效果.方法 成立品管圈小组,按照品管圈的活动步骤,针对产后乳房胀痛相关问题实施针对性的活动.品管圈实施前(2017年4月1日—2017年4月30日)和实施后(2017年10月1日—2017年10月30)分别纳入209例和204例产妇作为研究对象,比较品管圈实施前和实施后产后乳房胀痛发生率.结果 产妇乳房胀痛发生率由品管圈实施前的26.79％(56/209)下降至实施后的14.71％(30/204).结论 开展品管圈活动能效降低产妇产后乳房胀痛发生风险,提升产后护理质量.%Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on reducing the incidence of breast distending pain in postpartum women. Methods A QCC group was set up, and targeted interventions on breast distending pain of postpartum women were carried out. The incidence of breast distending pain was observed in a sample of 204 postpartum women, and was compared with that in a sample of 209 postpartum women before implementation of QCC activities. Results Theincidence o breast distending pain dropped from 26. 79％ (56 /209) before implementation of QCC to 14. 71％ (30 /204) after implementation of QCC. Conclusion The QCC activity is an effective tool of reducing the incidence of breast distending pain in postpartum women.
