目的 探讨皮下注射硼替佐米流程治疗多发性骨髓瘤的给药流程和不良反应护理方法.方法 采用美国国立癌症研究所常见不良反应判断标准进行分级,并对出现的不良反应采取个体化护理措施.结果 共纳入150例患者,其中27例出现消化道反应,包括恶心12例,呕吐4例,腹泻4例,便秘7例;局部皮肤红斑硬结15例;白细胞减少11例;周围神经病变9例;带状疱疹5例;不同程度疲乏38例.根据不良反应,通过循证护理制定针对性的护理措施.结论 加强对多发性骨髓瘤患者皮下注射硼替佐米后的不良反应观察及个体化护理,以完善护理流程,提高患者生活质量.%Objective To investigate the administration process design and nursing management for multiple myeloma patients receiving subcutaneous injection of bortezomib. Methods The adverse reaction induced by subcutaneous injection of bortezomib for multiple myeloma were classified by using National Cancer Institute (NCI) common terminology criteria for adverse events, and the individualized nursing interventions were carried out. Results Of 150 patients included, 27 cases with gastrointestinal reaction , including 12 cases of nausea, 4 cases of vomiting, 4 cases of diarrhea and 7 cases of constipation, 15 cases with erythema of local skin, 11 cases with leucopenia, 9 cases with peripheral neuropathy, 5 cases with herpes zoster, 38 patients with different degree of fatigue. The evidence-based nursing countermeasures were carried out according to the analysis on different adverse reactions.
