复合绝缘子压接界面结构部件材质的性能 及其组装工艺参数的确定

摘要

根据复合绝缘子压接界面结构部件间连接状态及其结构性能特点,在合理选择部件构成材质的性能基础上,应首先通过分析和实际验证确定界面结构施加外压组装时的极限位移量。然后通过产品运行环温变化及相关因素的影响程度对其进行修正后,才能正确找出压接界面结构实际组装工艺参数。%In this article a method of end fitting clamping is proposed,onthe basis of proper selection of fitting material, a limit displacement on interface at fitting clamping shall be determined through analysing and testing.And then, a correction shall be introduced taking consideration with surroundings temperature and other influence factors in operating.Finally the parameters of clamping technique could be determined exactly.
