基于LabVIEW的电缆故障行波在线监测系统

     

摘要

The buried cables effected by complex, uneven electric field and thermal field, the surrounding environment and many other factors,has high rate of accidents. This paper presented a better real-time monitoring system,with the use of the development platform of National Instruments Corporation Lab VIEW virtual instrument and data acquisition cards, collects the continuous voltage,current of cable line and other parameters,to monitor the operation of transmission lines,The monitoring system realizes the fault current on-line monitoring through the device at the scene access to the Hall sensor cable voltage and current signals from the data acquisition card on the fault wave pop electric high-speed sampling and storage control, with the use of graphical programming language designed to monitor PC interface. Experimental results show that the system can accurately record fault current waveforms, amplitude, provide important data analysis of fault type and location.%针对埋地电缆敷设复杂,发生事故率高的情况,提出了使用LabVIEW和数据采集卡,不间断采集电缆线路上的电压、电流等参数,监视输电线路运行状况,并通过TCP节点,构建了一个实时性较好的监测系统.该监控系统通过装在现场的霍尔传感器获取电缆的电压电流信号,由数据采集卡对故障电流行波进行高速采样和存储控制,利用具有图形化的编程语言设计上位机监控界面,实现了故障电流的在线监测.试验结果表明:该系统能够准确地记录故障电流波形、幅值,为故障类型分析和定位提供了重要数据.
