This paper presented a general synthesis method for an arbitrary current mode filter based on current controlled second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs. This method was based on analyzing a transfer function of ra-order arbitrary current mode filter, then generating another formula using integrators and combining the output currents, synthesis of arbitrary current mode filter was realized. The filter has some advantages such as fewer components, all the capacitors being grounded. The ra-or-der filters only composed by 2n + 1 MOCCCIIs and n capacitors. The circuit was integrated conveniently and was compatible with VLSI technology. A third-order elliptic low-pass filter and a third-order Butterworth filter were designed. PSPICE simulation result is consistent with the theoretical analysis, and verifies the feasibility of this method.%提出了一种基于多端输出的电流控制第二代电流传输器(current controlled second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs,MOCCCII)的任意电流模式滤波器综合设计方法.通过对n阶任意电流模式滤波器传递函数进行分析,将其分解成用积分器实现的表达式,并对输出电流信号进行组合,实现了任意电流模式滤波器的综合.由该方法导出的滤波器所需元件较少,n阶滤波器仅需2n+1个MOCCCII和n个电容,所有电容均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容.给出了3阶椭圆低通滤波器和巴特沃斯滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性.
