基于M/T算法针对机械式水表误差检测及校准的改进方法

         

摘要

The modified comparison method is based on M/T velocity measure algorithm with high precision which is analyzed on error-detection by comparison method. The reflex laser sensor was used to measure the tumor-initiating component of water meter . The data acquisition of feedback pulse signal was send to singlechip with clock signal to conclude by the M/T speed algorithm operations and then get the speed of tumor-initiating component. According to the rotative differences between standard and measured meter,the water' s indication error could be gotten. The results show that the algorithm could allow full play to the wide performance of M/T algorithm. In the whole speed range,the method get high-speed measuring precision and consistency,which have high dynamic measurement resolution. The method can measure and adjust the error of water meter with high accuracy in a short time,and realize the dynamic measurement calibration and calibration.%研究基于M/T高精度数字测速算法的改进比较法术表误差检测,采用反射式激光传感器对水表始动元件进行检测,采集到的反馈脉冲信号与时钟信号同时送入单片机进行M/T测速算法运算.从而得到始动元件转速,并根据标准表和被测表的转速求取水表示值误差.结果表明:该算法可以充分发挥M/T算法的宽域性,在整个测速范围内获得很高的测速精度和精度一致性,具有较高的动态测量分辨率.能够在短时间内对水表误差进行高精度测量并指导校准工作,实现动态误差测量及校准.
