A high-precision ultrasonic flowmeter with signal quality judgment mechanism aimed at the error from the distortion signal was presented.The signal quality judgment was added before the measurement,and only the effective signal was measured. Based on the conventional threshold method,the dual-threshold method was proposed to judge the quality of the echo signal.At last, the experiment proves the feasibility of this design.%针对受到干扰的坏波形给测量带来的误差,提出了一种具有信号质量判断机制的时差法超声波流量计设计,即在测量之前添加了对信号质量的判断,判断有效的信号才会进一步进行数据处理,否则丢弃。在传统的阈值法基础上,提出了双阈值电平比较法来对回波信号质量进行判断。实验验证了该设计的可行性。
