基于多机通信的高效PTCR耐电压自动测试系统

     

摘要

PTC热敏电阻的广泛应用,对PTCR元件出厂效率和耐电压可靠性提出了很高的要求。为了提高PTCR耐电压测试效率和可靠性,设计了一套基于PC机和多单片机主从多机通信的高效PTCR耐电压自动测试系统,该系统能对48~256工位的PTCR样品进行耐电压测试,同时设有过流过零模块实时监测测试回路。实际应用表明,相比实验室和工厂中应用的PTCR耐电压仪器,该系统测试方法合理,测试结果稳定可靠,测试工位扩展性强,能直观的显示和记录通电和过流情况并在过流时及时断开测试回路,避免了样品漏检和过流时仪器损坏导致的系统停机,极大地提高了测试效率,降低了测试成本。%Due to its special electro-thermal properties , the PTC thermistor has a wide range of applications .A high-efficiency voltage-withstanding automatic test system based on multi-machine communications was designed to develop efficiency and reliabili-ty in the voltage-withstanding test process of PTC thermistors .This system was aimed to test the PTCR samples with 48-256 sta-tions.Every channel contains an overcurrent protection circuit which can monitor loop current and response rapidly in case of over -current .The actual application shows that the test method is reasonable , the result is stable and reliable , and the test station can be extended .It has avoided missing samples and system shutdown by displaying and recording energized and overcurrent condi -tions.The system has high efficient and low-cost.
