The accurate detection of secondary current in submerged arc furnace has an important role in furnace temperature automation control,interlock protection and count of energy and consumption.This paper used Rogowski coil as current detection element,adopted distributed structure,integral unit including current signal superposition,amplification,transformation and so on, implemented the arc furnace secondary side current detecting and transmitting.I/O unit realized the collection and communication of the signal.The main control uniti was used to control the electrode regulator of the arc furnace.The system realized real-time, accurate measurement,display and transmission of the current signal.It has no magnetic saturation,good linearity,high precision capability,etc.The detection system has been used in many smelting plants and has very high application value.%矿热炉二次侧电流的精确检测对炉温自动控制、矿热炉联锁保护、电能电耗计量有重要的作用.文中采用Rogowski线圈作为电流检测元件,采用分布式结构,积分单元包括电流信号的叠加,放大、变换等,实现了矿热炉二次侧电流的检测和变送;I/O单元实现了信号的采集和通信;主控单元用于控制矿热炉电极调节器.系统可实现矿热炉二次侧电流的实时、精确测量、显示和传输,并具有无磁饱和、线性度好、精度高等特点,已在多个冶炼企业应用,具有很高的应用价值.
